This package is similar to The Dutchess and is also for the hands-on bride who wants to take a larger role in the planning process. With referrals in hand she will meet with qualified vendors regarding her vision. She will seek the coordinator’s assistance and guidance in order to communicate and negotiate contracts but she does not need to have her hand held through every step of the process. As with all of our packages, full wedding day event management is provided.

Planning Stage

  • Unlimited phone calls and meetings which are necessary in order to discuss your vision and then to move forward with the planning and design process.
  • 2 hour meeting to determine scope of services and to receive vendor referrals.
  • Determine a budget, as well as a breakdown of how the money will be allocated.
  • Schedule and attend all initial consultations with vendors.
  • Review vendor contracts for completeness or omissions.
  • Negotiate contracts on your behalf to maximize your budget and achieve your vision.
Once you have decided on your vendors:
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and meetings necessary to plan the details.
  • Develop wedding itinerary and vendor lists with contact information.
  • Spreadsheet for payment deadlines on executed contracts.
  • Ongoing phone calls and e-mails with selected vendors to manage all wedding details.
  • Determine timeline & load in/set up logistics.
  • Ensure all vendors are aware of requirements for venue. (power cords for entertainers, lighting restrictions, etc.).
  • Suggest ideas for the design concept for paper trousseau (save-the-dates, invitations, programs, maps, etc.).
  • Suggest ideas for guest favors
  • Attend final fitting to learn dress bustle.
  • Determine needs and accommodations for the wedding party and any out-of- town guests.

    • Schedule transportation and room blocks for hotel.

  • Conceptualize, shop for, produce, and deliver welcome baskets as well as all paper items to be received by out-of- town guests. (Welcome letter, wedding weekend itinerary, maps, directions to rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and any other special locations.)
  • Discuss pertinent ceremony information; seating, processional and recessional. Design and email an itinerary for bridal party, family, and friends who will be participating in the ceremony.
  • Attend rehearsal and coordinate ceremony should there not be an on-site church or venue coordinator.
  • Coordinate any special requests for bride/groom/wedding party during wedding weekend.
  • Write and distribute wedding announcement and photo for local newspaper or hometown newspaper(s) of choice.

The day is here
  • Complete wedding day management consists of the following:

    • Oversee wedding day timeline to ensure all vendors are on schedule.
    • Oversee vendor load-in and set-up at ceremony and reception site.
    • Distribute any unpaid vendor balances.
    • Remedy any issues as they arise, and without the bride’s knowledge to ensure a stress-free day!
    • Oversee hair and makeup artists remain on schedule.
    • Deliver bridal gown and veil to ceremony site.
    • Pre-ceremony, if requested, order food and beverages for the bridal party.
    • Assist bride and wedding party in dressing room prior to ceremony.
    • Organize and distribute personal flowers, assist with corsages and boutonniere pinning.
    • Coordinate ushers, house party, attendants, family, and bride and groom for processional.
    • Transport the bride and groom’s personal items from ceremony to the reception location.
    • Bustle bride's dress and assist with any touch-ups necessary for photos.
    • Continued management of entertainment including announcements and special events throughout the evening (cake cutting, toasts, bouquet/garter toss, etc.)
    • Coordinate bride and groom's exit.

  • Ensure that all personal items (gifts, cards, cake top, photos, sign-in book, bride’s bouquet, toasting glasses, cake knife, etc.) are gathered at the end of the evening and loaded into a designated vehicle.
The day after the wedding
  • Return all rental items to vendors as previously arranged.
  • Email a recap of the wedding day to bride and groom.
